BlogRelay writes articles about a product you submit and publishes them to third-party blog platforms on your behalf. By using BlogRelay you agree to these terms.
No traffic or SEO guarantee
We do not guarantee any traffic, clicks, backlinks, search-engine rankings, sales, or any other business result. Articles are labeled as sponsored, and most platforms apply nofollow or similar link attributes. We guarantee only that we will make a good-faith attempt to publish the number of articles in your plan; platforms can remove or hide content at any time.
Your responsibilities
- You must own or be authorized to promote the product you submit, and the information on its website must be accurate.
- You are responsible for the claims your product makes. We only use facts found on your page and will not invent testimonials or statistics.
- You must not use BlogRelay for prohibited products (below) or to break any law or platform rule.
Prohibited products and content
We refuse, and may stop or remove, campaigns for:
- Adult or sexually explicit products and services
- Gambling, betting and casinos
- Cryptocurrency or investment products that promise returns, trading signals, and similar schemes
- Prescription drugs, unapproved supplements and medical-cure claims
- Weapons, explosives and related accessories
- Counterfeit goods and forged documents
- Malware, hacking tools, phishing and scams
- Hate speech, harassment or anything illegal in the countries we publish to
If a campaign is rejected by our safety check, nothing is published and the quota it would have used is not consumed.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans are monthly subscriptions processed by Polar. Each billing period includes the number of products and articles shown on the pricing page; unused articles do not roll over. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled case by case; contact us.
Published content
Articles are published on platforms and accounts operated by BlogRelay. We may remove an article at any time, for example at your request or if it violates a platform rule. Third-party platforms control availability of published posts.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous three months.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.
