Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 October 2026. This is a plain-language summary and not a substitute for legal advice.
This policy explains what BlogRelay collects and why.
What we collect
- Account data: your sign-in identity and email address, handled by our authentication provider (Clerk).
- Billing data: subscription status and plan. Payments and card details are handled by Polar; we never see your card number.
- Campaign data: the product URLs you submit, the public content we read from those pages, the brief we generate, and the articles we publish.
- Waitlist data: email, optional product URL and type, referral and campaign source (see Waitlist below).
- Anonymous page statistics: if enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page views without cookies.
- Click data: when a reader clicks the link in a published article, we count the click and the approximate country. We do not store the reader's IP address.
Waitlist
If you join our early access waitlist we store the email address you enter, the optional product URL and product type you choose, the marketing parameters on the link you arrived from (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, ref), the website that referred you, your position on the list and a personal referral code. To limit abuse we keep a one-way hash of your IP address that changes daily; we do not store your raw IP address. We use this data only to contact you about early access and to understand demand for the service, and we do not sell it. We keep waitlist data until early access has opened and you have had the chance to sign up, or until you ask us to delete it. To have your waitlist entry deleted, email privacy@blogrelay.io from the address you signed up with.
How we use it
To run your campaigns, show your report, bill you, prevent abuse and improve the service. Page content is sent to an AI model provider (via OpenRouter) to write the brief and articles.
Who we share it with
Service providers needed to run BlogRelay: Clerk (sign-in), Polar (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and database), OpenRouter and its model providers (text generation), and the blog platforms where your articles are published. Published articles are public by nature. We do not sell personal data.
No traffic or SEO guarantee
Click counts shown in reports are measured by our redirect and are informational. We do not guarantee traffic, backlinks or search rankings.
Retention and your rights
We keep campaign data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and data, and to remove articles we published for you where the platform allows it, by emailing us. Some platforms do not allow deletion through their API.
